Minnesota bred "Ellie" Joins GRS

Ellusive Edition, a 2 year old Minnesota bred filly by Late Edition joined the stable recently.  She is starting up her training in Chaska, Minnesota under the expert tutelage of Russ Rhone.  When she's ready, she'll transfer on-track to Bernell Rhone and make her debut at Canterbury Park this summer.  We'll keep our fingers crossed for health and good fortune while bringing her along patiently.

Stable stalwart Tabby Lane has been officially retired and is currently at Dove Hill Farm and Reproduction for her date with Storm Cat stallion Eastwood Dacat.  The match results in a lovely E-Nick rating of A and the combination of his speed and her stamina and soundess should bring us a nice foal in 2014.

GRS has the honor of being selected this season to manage the Canterbury Park Racing Club, a Club designed to promote thoroughbred ownership education at an introductory, one-time pricing level for the year.  Get more details here.
