This partnership will have between 20 and 40 units priced at $1,250 per unit.  You're final percentage of ownership will be determined by the number of shares subscribed, but one fully subscribed share would equate to 2.5% of the total.  Partners are free to purchase as many shares as they would like.  We'll be looking at claiming a horse or two this fall at Hawthorne with trainer Tammy Domenosky.  We'll be keeping the solicitation open until October 15 so let us know you interest as soon as posssible and we'll forward you the details!   

This group is a 'maybe' depending upon level of interest.  We'll be looking at 20 to 40 units again, but in this group we'll be buying in at only $500 a share.  Our approach will be to buy a lower level horse and run right back at the same level or one up to get the purse money and hopefully get claimed away and then our attention will move to the next target. The group will remain open for one year and rather than the 'buy and hold' approach of GRS #1 & 2, this group will be more for 'day traders'!
